Invite only · a private room for five

One Percent

1% better every day. In 100 days you're 100% better.

What this is

We're a handful of mates. Some of us are getting off something, some of us are trying to shift weight, some of us are just trying to keep our heads above water. Mostly a bit of all three.

So we built ourselves a room. Every day each of us writes down one small thing we did — got out of bed, said no, went for a walk, rang the doctor. That's it. That's the whole idea. Four other people see it, and they know what it cost you.

It isn't clever and it isn't a product. It's just somewhere to put the day so it counts for something, and somewhere to say it's gone badly without anyone making a thing of it.

One hundred days

Nothing much happens for a while. Then it does.

What's inside

  • The daily 1%

One box. One small win. Everyone's answer sits on the same page so you can see who's had a day of it.

  • The group thread

One shared conversation. No channels, no threads to keep up with, no direct messages.

  • The shared calendar

Group calls, appointments, court dates, birthdays. Anyone can add, everyone can see.

  • The private diary

Only you can read it. Not the group, not the admin. That's enforced in the database, not on trust.

  • Goals and help

Track a number if that's useful. And the help page is one tap away from every screen, always.

What this isn't

  • Not treatment. Nobody here is a doctor or a counsellor.
  • Not a replacement for professional help — it sits alongside it.
  • Not open to the public. You get in with a code from someone already in.
  • Not selling anything. No ads, no analytics on your words, no data shared with anyone, ever.
